Despite having one of the most diverse architecture portfolios in the country, NYC property videos were becoming rather templated and mundane. My colleague and I saw an opportunity to change that by shifting the focus away from showcasing, and onto story-telling.
We created the “Stories & Spaces” video series, in which we invited local historians, owners, and notable figures to narrate the stories behind a unique selection of NYC homes on the market.
