Global Brand Expansion

In 2019, Corcoran began expanding beyond its existing markets in NYC, the Hamptons, and South Florida. As part of the business plan, a global brand toolbox needed to be created for affiliates that would be easily adaptable in a controlled way.

From internal communications to digital assets, the existing brand guidelines were expanded to a global system, including new DBA logo lockups and marketing templates that meet both national and international regulations.
