In March 2020, Corcoran consciously focused its brand presence solely on story-telling and community. “Home” was the theme that threaded our initiatives together, keeping them relevant and meaningful to those who visited our channels. Here are a few highlights we launched at the height of the pandemic.
Be Home. Be Healthy.
In a matter of days, we created a user-generated campaign inspired by Corcoran’s “Be Home” slogan. “Be Home Be Healthy” invited agents and staff to submit videos of themselves sharing their favorite home quarantine activities. The goal was to provide a platform from which they (and we) could promote the importance of staying home within our networks.
As submissions rolled in, we made shareable social assets, video reels, and a landing page. The campaign served as a way to generate positivity and morale during an uncertain time.
GIPHY Design Challenge
As social media traffic continued to increase, our team launched a game series to further engage followers. Among them was a “virtual” interior design challenge on Instagram. We created story templates and a Corcoran staging pack of GIPHYs for users to begin designing their rooms.
